The following terms and conditions aim at promoting an open culture for scientific reviews. As reviews are mostly the result of free and vocational efforts, these terms try to ensure that they can be published and consumed by the scientific community.
- As a reviewer I hold authorship rights over the review and, unless specified otherwise, they will be licensed under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
- If the organisation (i.e. journal, conference, governamental body) asking for the review does not provide means for openly publishing the reviews, I hold the rights to publish them myself. Proper reference to the paper will be included.
- I will only release reviews of accepted contributions, once they have been published or funded.
These terms and condition will be applied during certain review processes, implying that not all my reviews have been made, or will be made, following them.
